Personal Assistant
Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the Managing Director's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and office supplies management.
  • Assist in planning and organizing events or business meetings.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the Managing Director.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Experience in calendar management
  • Proficient in secretarial activities
