Personal Account Dealing - Compliance

As a Compliance Analyst at Millennium in Bangalore, you will be responsible for supporting the EMEA compliance function by implementing the compliance framework, with a primary focus on personal account dealing (PAD) controls and monitoring. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in maintaining Millennium's compliance program and records, with a primary focus on Personal Account Dealing (PAD) policy and controls for EMEA. - Review employee personal account dealing requests and queries in accordance with Millennium's policies and procedures. - Lead and find appropriate resolutions to internal PAD related queries. - Collect, process, and analyze large data sets in a timely manner, including employee financial statements and internal metrics. - Maintain a detailed and organized workflow to ensure complete, accurate, and retained data entries. - Identify and escalate compliance-related issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders for appropriate remediation. - Contribute to the maintenance of the general compliance program, including electronic communication, monitoring, surveillance, and the Senior Managers and Certification Regime. - Collaborate closely with colleagues globally, particularly in Bangalore and EMEA. - Participate in working groups and lead project deliverables as required. Qualifications/Skills: - Minimum bachelor's degree. - Preferred 1-3 years of financial industry experience, preferably in compliance or other relevant roles. - Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). - Understanding of financial markets and compliance risks. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with team members across all levels globally. - Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently. - Operates with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. - Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines. - Quick adaptability to new situations, willingness to learn, and improve. - Demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.,
