Personal Account Dealing - Compliance

As a Compliance Analyst at Millennium in Bangalore, you will be part of a growing team supporting the EMEA compliance function. Your primary focus will be on implementing the compliance framework, particularly personal account dealing (PAD) controls and monitoring. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in maintaining Millennium's compliance program and records, with a primary emphasis on Personal Account Dealing (PAD) policy and controls for EMEA. - Review employee personal account dealing requests and queries in accordance with Millennium's policies and procedures. - Lead efforts to resolve internal PAD-related queries. - Process and analyze large data sets promptly, including employee financial statements and internal metrics. - Maintain a detailed and organized workflow to ensure complete, accurate, and retained data entries. - Identify and escalate compliance-related issues, collaborating with internal stakeholders for appropriate remediation. - Contribute to the maintenance of the general compliance program, including electronic communication monitoring and surveillance, as well as the Senior Managers and Certification Regime. - Collaborate closely with colleagues globally, particularly in Bangalore and EMEA. - Participate in working groups and take the lead on project deliverables as required. Qualifications/Skills: - Minimum bachelor's degree. - Preferably 1-3 years of financial industry experience, especially in compliance or related roles. - Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Understanding of financial markets and compliance risks. - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members at all levels globally. - Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently. - Works with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. - Can multitask and manage competing deadlines effectively. - Quick to adapt to new situations, learn, and improve. - Committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards.,
