Role: Mainframe Developer (Architect/ Lead/ Sr.)

Location: Pune/Chennai/Bangalore (Hybrid)

Minimum Exp. Level: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities-

Must Have- Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications using CICS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and DB2.

Manage a team size of 12-15 Mainframe developers.

Collaborate with customer and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Perform code reviews, solve issues if any and support in code red.

Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

12-13 years of experience in mainframe development, support and deployment

Strong command of Mainframe Vanilla technologies (CICS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2).

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and also taking accountability for the entire delivery of the team.
