Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute
performance test scripts
using
LoadRunner
and
JMeter
.
Analyze system performance metrics to identify
bottlenecks, latency issues, and capacity constraints
.
Utilize
Dynatrace
or similar APM tools to monitor application performance and troubleshoot performance issues.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to simulate real-world user loads and assess application scalability.
Prepare
performance test plans, scenarios, and test data
for various phases (load, stress, spike, endurance).
Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations to optimize application performance.
Document test results and provide detailed
performance reports
to stakeholders.
Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
