Job Description

This is a Perm job opening with our client - the biggest IT company of India. Locations - PAN India (You can choose any location in any city of India as per your convenience as they have presence in all cities in India) Description We are seeking a skilled Performance Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team at India's biggest IT company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing and will be responsible for ensuring that our applications meet the highest performance standards. Responsibilities Design and execute performance test plans for various applications and systems. Analyze performance test results and provide insights for improvement. Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify performance bottlenecks. Develop and maintain automated performance testing scripts. Monitor system performance and generate performance reports for stakeholders. Skills and Qualifications 3-10 years of experience in performance testing or related field. Strong knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling). Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, Groovy). Understanding of web application architecture and database performance. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
