We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer with 6-9 years of hands-on experience in designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests for web and enterprise applications. The ideal candi will have a strong understanding of performance testing tools, methodologies, and metrics, and will be responsible for ensuring the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of our systems under load.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop performance test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios based on business requirements.
Execute load, stress, endurance, and spike tests using tools like LoadRunner, JMeter or Akamai Cloud Test.
itor system performance using APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog).
Use log analysis tools such as ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Splunk, Trace Log to extract insights from large volumes of log data.
Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks in application, database, or infrastructure layers.
Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues.
Provide detailed performance test reports and recommendations for optimization.
Stay up with industry trends and best practices in performance engineering.
Required Skills:
6+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
Proficiency in performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, Akamai Cloud Test, JMeter).
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, and web technologies.
Experience with itoring tools and log analysis.
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
Good understanding of system architecture and database performance tuning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s/master s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Groovy).
Deep expertise in different types of performance testing.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
ISTQB or equivalent certification in performance testing.
