Performance Test Engineer

Description We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in performance testing methodologies and tools, with the ability to analyze and optimize application performance. Responsibilities Design and implement performance test strategies and plans. Execute performance testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling. Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure performance considerations are integrated into the development process. Provide detailed reporting and documentation of performance test results and findings. Continuously monitor and improve testing methodologies and processes. Skills and Qualifications 5-13 years of experience in performance testing and analysis. Proficient in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling. Strong understanding of application performance metrics and monitoring tools. Experience with scripting and automation for performance tests (e.g., using Java, Python, or Groovy). Knowledge of various protocols including HTTP, HTTPS, WebSockets, and Database. Familiarity with cloud performance testing is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
