Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute performance testing plans to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement. Develop automated tests using JMeter or LoadRunner to simulate large-scale loads on production systems. Conduct load runs, analyze data, and create reports to measure system performance metrics such as throughput, response time, and resource utilization. Desired Candidate Profile 5-8 years of experience in Performance Test Engineering with expertise in JMeter or Load Runner tools. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies including Agile/Scrum framework. Experience working with various databases (Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL/PostgreSQL) for query optimization tuning.
