Performance Test Architect (HP LoadRunner)

As a Performance Test Architect / Technical Consultant at the company, your main responsibilities will include: - Understanding the delivery approach and strategic initiatives to define appropriate test strategies and approaches. - Defining and implementing the performance vision for the testing function. - Delivering projects in the performance testing space and ensuring delivery efficiency. - Defining testing methodologies and implementing tooling best practices for continuous improvement and efficiency. - Understanding business scenarios in depth to define workload modeling for different scenarios. - Complementing the architecture community by providing inputs and pursuing implementation suggestions for optimization. - Defining methodologies to decouple test cases with extensive data preparation activities. - Managing testing for highly integrated systems with multiple dependencies and moving parts. - Defining metrics, practices, processes, reports, and tools to ensure delivery management. - Managing competency for the testing practice. - Handling knowledge and stakeholder management. - Implementing steps to improve test levels. - Ensuring testing standards, processes, procedures, and methodologies are adhered to. - Maintaining a detailed functional understanding of key business systems and future developments. Qualifications and Experience required for this role: - B.E./B.Tech. or M.C.A. from a reputed University. - 10+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing, analyzing application performance, and performance engineering space. - Hands-on experience with HP Loadrunner (preferred), JMeter. - Experience handling large testing teams in both Shared Service model and Productised teams. - Proven record of achievements in testing teams. - Knowledge of monitoring, profiling, and tuning tools such as CA Wily, HP Diagnostics, New Relic, etc. - Good knowledge of Websphere, J2EE technology, thread dump analysis, heap dump analysis, AWR reports. - Strong knowledge and working experience of Capital Markets and Fund management. - Knowledge of Agile software development life-cycle methodologies. - Exposure to testing tools like ALM, Quality Center, Selenium, QTP, Jira, etc. - HP LoadRunner, ISEB/ISTQB certification or equivalent. - Exposure to testing mobile applications/apps. - Experience in Performance tuning will be desirable. - Exposure to varied environments and products like J2EE technologies, WebSphere family, C++/.NET, Microsoft environment, Web Services, SOAP, XML messaging, etc. If you are interested in this opportunity, please reach out to jobs@augustainfotech.com.,
