As part of the team, your responsibilities will include monitoring Meta and Google Ads for various brands on a daily basis. You will be expected to analyze the performance of ads and data to identify successful strategies and areas for improvement. Collaboration with the creative team will be crucial as you provide input on hooks, offers, and landing page enhancements. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing strategy decks and reports for clients to help them maximize their revenue potential. Clients will rely on you for valuable insights on performance metrics and brand positioning. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA. You should have the ability to conduct ad audits and promptly identify areas that require attention. Understanding consumer behavior and the factors that drive purchasing decisions is essential. Previous experience in working with e-commerce, direct-to-consumer (D2C), or service brands is preferred. Strong organizational skills are a must, as you will be responsible for managing multiple brands simultaneously. Proficiency in copywriting, ad management, or team leadership would be a bonus.
