Performance Marketing (Travel)

You are being hired as a Performance Marketing Specialist for a reputed client in the travel industry, located in Gurgaon's Udyog Vihar Phase. Your role will involve hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, proficiency in Google Ads, and a strong understanding of travel consumer behavior and seasonal trends. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. - Generate leads and bookings through targeted campaigns tailored to travel offerings. - Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages. - Analyze ad performance, derive insights, and adjust strategies to enhance CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates. - Conduct A/B testing for copy, creatives, and targeting. - Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and travel consumer behavior. - Create performance reports and provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the travel or tourism sector. - Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and various Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, YouTube). - In-depth knowledge of campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation. - Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools. - Ability to analyze campaign data and provide strategic recommendations. - Excellent communication and project management skills. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
