Performance Marketing (Travel)

As a Performance Marketing Specialist for our esteemed client in the travel industry based out of Gurgaon's Udyog Vihar Phase, your role will involve strategic planning, data-driven campaign execution, and ongoing optimization to deliver measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads platforms. - Drive lead generation and bookings through targeted campaigns for travel offerings. - Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages. - Analyze ad performance, derive insights, and adjust strategies to improve CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates. - Conduct A/B testing for copy, creatives, and targeting. - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and travel consumer behavior. - Generate performance reports and share actionable insights with internal teams and clients. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3-5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in the travel or tourism domain. - Strong expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). - Deep understanding of campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation. - Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools. - Ability to analyze campaign data and translate it into strategic recommendations. - Excellent communication and project management skills. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
