Performance Marketing Strategist (Meta & Google Ads)

The Performance Media Planner plays a crucial role in strategizing, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) platforms. Your responsibilities include planning, launching, and managing paid ad campaigns, collaborating with creative and strategy teams, monitoring campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, generating performance reports, and staying updated with digital advertising trends. To excel in this role, you should have 2-3 years of experience in running Meta & Google Ads campaigns. A strong grasp of paid media KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, CPC, and CPL is essential. Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics is required. A data-driven mindset, the ability to derive insights from campaigns, and optimize accordingly are key attributes. Managing multiple campaigns across various industries or verticals is also part of the role. Bonus points if you possess experience in remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based targeting. Previous work in a creative/digital agency environment and certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are advantageous.
