About the role:

What will you get to do

  • Set acquisition and growth targets and improve them QoQ for channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Adwords, Bing Display, Affiliates channels like Taboola, DSP platforms for programmatic like the perfect audience, etc
  • Work with teams across and executes strategies to generate interest/opps within assign key strategic accounts from a marketing perspective
  • A/B testing of messaging on each channel involved reaching/generating interests. Basic knowledge of ad creatives- different types and best practices across different channels mentioned above
  • Allocate and modify budgets for efficient spending across prospects and channels
  • Doing secondary research on types of collaterals suitable for personas across our ICP
  • Proven experience running performance-driven Display and Video campaigns across GDN, YouTube, Meta, and programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360, Quantcast, The Trade Desk), with the ability to strategize, optimize, and scale video creatives for brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Strong expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), including A/B and multivariate testing, funnel analysis, and interpreting user behavior via tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and VWO, resulting in improved web conversion rates and reduced CPA across paid performance channels.
  • Experience in leveraging GenAI and automation tools to enhance creative production, personalize messaging, and maximize impact from paid ad spends.
  • Ability to set up, measure, and scale experiments across various performance marketing platforms, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous optimization and business growth.

What you should have

  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience and well-versed with optimization techniques across channels

  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data
  • Hands-on knowledge of ad platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, including the ability to build, execute, analyze, and optimize ad campaigns on different platforms
  • Ability to do competitors research using tools like ahref, SEMrush, Linkedin, Facebook.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, identify trends and manage escalations with appropriate status updates and communications with stakeholders.
