Role Overview
We're looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms, driving measurable ROI for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels
• Own budget allocation, bid strategies, and campaign optimization to meet ROAS/CPA targets
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and provide actionable insights.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking, tagging, and attribution via Google Tag Manager.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
• Prepare and present performance reports to internal teams and clients.
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, ad policies, and industry trends
• Collaborate with creative, content, and SEO teams for integrated campaigns
• Manage multiple client accounts/budgets simultaneously

Required Skills & Tools

• Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager
• Google Data Studio / Looker Studio for reporting
• SEMrush / Ahrefs (for competitive & keyword insights)
• Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus
• Experience with programmatic/DSP platforms is a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proven experience managing performance campaigns with measurable budgets
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
• Google Ads/Analytics certifications preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
