Performance Marketing Specialist

Role & responsibilities

*1. Paid Advertising & Lead Generation*

- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.

- Generate qualified leads, inquiries, calls, and appointment bookings for US-based clients.

- Develop and test ad creatives, copy, offers, audiences, and landing pages.

- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.

*2. Audience & Geographic Targeting*

- Set up location-based campaigns targeting specific cities, ZIP codes, and approved service areas in the United States.

- Research customer demographics, interests, search intent, and buying behavior.

- Develop strategies for local businesses and home-service industries.

*3. Tracking & Analytics*

- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and other relevant tools.

- Track form submissions, phone calls, qualified leads, and conversions where technically supported.

- Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements.

*4. Budget & Campaign Optimization*

- Manage advertising budgets efficiently.

- Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.

- Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on measurable results.

- Prepare weekly performance updates and monthly reports for clients.

*5. Client Coordination*

- Work with the content, design, and account management teams.

- Coordinate campaign requirements and provide actionable performance insights.

- Follow client brand guidelines and advertising policies.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience with US-based clients.

- Experience in home services, cleaning services, real estate, healthcare, or other local service businesses.

- Knowledge of landing-page optimization and CRM integration.

- Experience with Google Business Profile and local SEO.

- Relevant Google Ads or Meta certifications.
