Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance Marketing)

Key responsibilities

Campaign strategy and budgets

• Plan and run full-funnel paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max), Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Bing, Taboola and Quora.
• Own monthly paid media budgets of ₹50 lakh or more across several client accounts, and pace spend against targets every week.
• Set clear targets for each account (CPL, CPA, ROAS, MQL volume) and agree them with the account manager before launch.

B2B lead generation

• Build lead generation programmes for B2B clients, using LinkedIn, Google and Meta to reach decision-makers.
• Work with sales and CRM teams so every lead is tracked from first click to closed deal, and judge success on lead quality, not just volume.

E-commerce performance

• Manage Google Merchant Center, Shopping feeds and Meta catalogue campaigns for e-commerce clients.
• Improve product feeds, bidding and audiences to grow ROAS.

Tracking and analytics

• Set up and audit GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, LinkedIn Insight Tag and e-commerce tracking.
• Fix broken or duplicate conversions so reported numbers match the CRM.

Optimisation and testing

• Run A/B and multivariate tests on ads, audiences, bids and landing pages, with a written test plan and result for each.
• Use heatmaps and session recordings (Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar) to find where users drop off, then brief design and content on fixes.
• Spot SEO issues on landing pages (speed, structure, keywords) that hurt Quality Score and organic reach, and raise them with the SEO team.

Reporting and leadership

• Send weekly and monthly reports that show spend, results, what changed and what happens next.
• Lead and coach a team of up to 5 marketers, review their accounts and set quality standards.
• Join client calls, explain results in plain language, and handle questions on performance.

Qualifications and experience

• 6 to 10 years in digital marketing, with at least 4 years focused on paid media.
• A track record of managing monthly budgets of ₹50 lakh (or about $60,000) or more.
• Proven results in B2B lead generation, shown as MQL growth or CPL reduction you can explain with numbers.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small team of marketers.
• Agency experience across several clients and industries is a strong plus.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business or a related field.
• Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications preferred; HubSpot or similar certifications are a bonus.

Job Location: Block H-193, Sector-63, Noida (WFO)

Salary Package: Depends upon the interview

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shift: Night Shift (8:30 pm - 5:30 am)
