Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads and paid digital marketing campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to generate quality leads, improve conversions, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and budget planning.
• Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rates, and cost per lead (CPL).
• Monitor campaign performance and manage advertising budgets effectively.
• Set up and track conversions using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Ads conversion tracking.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Perform A/B testing of ad copies, landing pages, keywords, and bidding strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and campaign profitability.
• Coordinate with the content, design, and website teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid advertising.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads is mandatory.
• Practical experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Experience in lead generation campaigns and budget optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads will be an added advantage.
