Performance Marketing Specialist (PPC + Programmatic)

About the Role

We’re hiring a senior PPC & Programmatic Specialist to manage campaigns across Google, Bing, Yahoo, Amazon, and The Trade Desk. You’ll own the full SEM + DSP lifecycle from strategy to execution while leveraging GA & GTM for advanced tracking and insights. 

What You’ll Do

• Plan, launch & optimize PPC + programmatic campaigns across major platforms 
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting & media planning 
• Optimize bids, budgets & creatives to hit KPIs (CTR, CVR, CPL, ROAS) 
• Use GA & GTM to track conversions and build remarketing audiences (incl. YouTube) 
• Deliver insights & recommendations through dashboards and reports 
• Stay ahead of SEM & DSP trends and platform updates 

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ hands-on PPC + programmatic experience 
• Expertise with Google Ads, GA, GTM, Amazon Ads, and The Trade Desk 
• Strong track record managing large ad budgets with measurable ROI 
• Analytical mindset + ability to present insights to stakeholders 
• Willing to work the US shift (6:30 PM IST- 3:30 AM IST)

Bonus Skills

• Remarketing, shopping ads, display & YouTube campaigns 
• CRO, A/B & multivariate testing 
• Familiarity with dashboards (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Datorama)
