🚀 About the Role We’re hiring a senior PPC & Programmatic Specialist to manage campaigns across Google, Bing, Yahoo, Amazon, and The Trade Desk. You’ll own the full SEM + DSP lifecycle from strategy to execution while leveraging GA & GTM for advanced tracking and insights. 🎯 What You’ll Do Plan, launch & optimize PPC + programmatic campaigns across major platforms Conduct keyword research, audience targeting & media planning Optimize bids, budgets & creatives to hit KPIs (CTR, CVR, CPL, ROAS) Use GA & GTM to track conversions and build remarketing audiences (incl. YouTube) Deliver insights & recommendations through dashboards and reports Stay ahead of SEM & DSP trends and platform updates ✅ What We’re Looking For 5+ years’ hands-on PPC + programmatic experience Expertise with Google Ads, GA, GTM, Amazon Ads, and The Trade Desk Strong track record managing large ad budgets with measurable ROI Analytical mindset + ability to present insights to stakeholders Willing to work the US shift (6:30 PM IST- 3:30 AM IST) ✨ Bonus Skills Remarketing, shopping ads, display & YouTube campaigns CRO, A/B & multivariate testing Familiarity with dashboards (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Datorama)
