About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in PPC (Google Ads) and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in running high-performing lead generation and eCommerce campaigns, along with managing international clients or multi-market projects. Experience working in a digital marketing agency is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and optimize PPC (Google Ads) and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage lead generation and eCommerce-focused performance marketing strategies.
• Handle international projects and client accounts across different geographies.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and budget allocation.
• Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and implement improvements.
• Work closely with creative, content, and strategy teams to ensure effective execution.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and communicate results to clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with PPC (Google Ads) and Meta Ads.
• Strong experience running lead generation and eCommerce campaigns.
• Experience managing international clients or multi-country campaigns.
• Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is a must.
• Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and client-handling experience.
• Delhi-based candidates preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
