Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Specialist at our premium private healthcare provider, your role will involve driving lead generation and growth through paid digital channels. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). - Conducting keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and remarketing to maximize ROI. - Ensuring all advertising complies with UK healthcare advertising regulations (e.g., Advertising Standards Authority [ASA], General Medical Council [GMC]). - Focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO) to turn ad clicks into meaningful healthcare leads/bookings. - Tracking and reporting key metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rate, ROI, campaign performance, and insights. - Collaborating with creative, content, and marketing ops teams to A/B test creatives, landing pages, and offers. - Utilizing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, SEMrush, and Hotjar to monitor and optimize campaigns. To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven experience (3-5 years+) in running Google Ads + Meta Ads campaigns, preferably in healthcare or lead-gen industries. - A deep understanding of UK healthcare advertising compliance (ASA, GMC) or equivalent global standards. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and act quickly. - Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, SEMrush, and Hotjar. - Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally. - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or equivalent. - Desirable: Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint.
