Performance Marketing Specialist – Consumer Apps (US Market)

We’re looking for a performance-driven ads specialist who knows how to scale consumer app campaigns. If you’ve successfully managed installs, in-app events, and revenue-driven campaigns for mobile apps, especially targeting the US market, we’d love to talk.

What you’ll be working on:

• Building and managing paid campaigns across Google App Campaigns (UAC), Search, Display, YouTube, and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
• Driving measurable growth with a focus on CPI, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
• Setting up and optimizing in-app event tracking across Google Ads, Firebase, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch), and GA4.
• Analyzing performance data to identify opportunities and proactively scale campaigns.
• Collaborating with our analytics team to ensure attribution and event tracking are airtight.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience running consumer app campaigns (Android & iOS), ideally targeting US audiences.
• Strong understanding of Universal App Campaigns (UAC) and event-driven optimization strategies.
• Hands-on experience with in-app event setup, attribution workflows, GA4, GTM, and ad pixels.
• Experience working with apps at scale (high budgets, large install bases) is a strong plus.
• Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and a bias for action.
