Performance Marketing Specialist Meta Ads & Native Ads

Job Location:

Gurugram

CTC-9.60 LPA (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

Meta Ads Campaign Management (Facebook & Instagram):

  • Plan, set up, and manage

    paid campaigns

    across Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager.
  • Create audience segments using

    Core Audiences, Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences

    , and

    retargeting strategies

    .
  • Optimize campaigns for

    lead generation, engagement, reach, and conversions

    .
  • Test and refine

    ad copies, creatives, and landing pages

    for maximum ROI.

Native Ads Management (Taboola, Outbrain, etc.):

  • Plan and execute campaigns on

    native advertising platforms

    for content amplification, traffic, and lead generation.
  • Optimize

    headlines, thumbnails, and targeting parameters

    to improve CTR and conversions.
  • Monitor

    publisher placements

    and adjust bids for best performance.

Optimization & Analytics:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics like

    CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL, and ROAS

    .
  • Perform regular

    A/B testing

    on creatives, audiences, and placements.
  • Ensure proper

    pixel implementation

    and event tracking via

    Facebook Pixel

    and

    UTM parameters

    .

Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Work closely with the

    creative team

    for ad assets and content requirements.
  • Develop strategies tailored for different funnel stages (

    awareness, consideration, conversion

    ).
  • Research competitors and industry trends to stay ahead of algorithm updates and platform changes.

Reporting & Insights:

  • Generate

    weekly and monthly campaign performance reports

    with actionable insights.
  • Use analytics tools like

    Meta Analytics, Google Analytics, and Native Ads dashboards

    .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in

    Meta Ads Manager

    and

    Native Advertising platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, etc.)

    .
  • Proven track record of managing

    performance marketing campaigns for lead generation or Real Esate Sales

    .

Technical Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of

    audience segmentation, retargeting, and pixel tracking

    .
  • Familiarity with

    third-party tracking tools

    and analytics platforms.

Soft Skills:

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

high-budget campaigns (20L+/month)
