Job Description

As a Performance Marketing - Paid Search specialist in this remote role with a shift from 2 PM to 11 PM, your responsibilities will involve various aspects of campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting to ensure the successful performance of paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. Your key responsibilities will include supporting the setup and launch of paid search campaigns by conducting keyword research, structuring ad groups, and creating compelling ad copies. Additionally, you will assist in monitoring daily campaign performance, collecting and organizing data for performance reporting, and generating basic performance reports highlighting key metrics such as clicks, impressions, cost, and conversions. To further enhance campaign performance, you will be involved in optimization efforts by implementing bid adjustments, conducting keyword research for targeting refinement, and assisting in A/B testing ad copy variations and landing page elements. Staying updated with the latest paid search trends, platform updates, and industry best practices will be crucial for identifying optimization opportunities. In terms of data management and tools, you will assist with tracking implementation, ensure proper setup of conversion tags and UTM parameters, and utilize functions within Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics for data extraction and campaign monitoring. Maintaining organized campaign documentation and data records will also be part of your responsibilities. Effective collaboration and communication with team members, including specialists, managers, and designers, will be essential to ensure campaign alignment. Regularly communicating campaign status and progress internally in a clear and concise manner, participating in team meetings and training sessions, and actively contributing to team discussions will be expected. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in managing paid search campaigns on Google and Microsoft Ads. A basic understanding of marketing concepts and online advertising, excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, solid analytical abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, organization, and basic analysis are key qualifications required. Additionally, strong verbal and written communication skills in English, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn new skills quickly are essential for success in this role. Prior experience with Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising, as well as possessing a Google Ads certification or the willingness to obtain one within the first 3-6 months, will be advantageous.,
