Role Overview

Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across

    Google, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Amazon, Nykaa, Zepto

    , and other emerging channels.
  • Manage end-to-end ad funnel including audience targeting, creative testing, budget allocation, and ROAS tracking.
  • Work with creative teams to develop thumb-stopping, conversion-focused assets.

Revenue & Analytics

  • Monitor, analyze, and report daily/weekly/monthly

    campaign performance

    , CTRs, CPCs, CVRs, CAC, ROAS, and revenue.
  • Own

    D2C website performance

    : conversions, traffic, bounce rates, landing pages, and A/B tests.
  • Leverage

    GA4, Meta Manager, Ads Manager, Amazon/Nykaa dashboards

    to draw insights and scale winning campaigns.

P&L Ownership

  • Track marketing spends and channel-wise contribution to topline and bottom-line.
  • Own the

    marketing P&L

    , constantly optimizing to lower CAC and increase LTV.
  • Partner with finance, e-com, and ops teams to ensure alignment between performance goals and business profitability.

Marketplace Strategy (Amazon/Nykaa/Zepto)

  • Run and optimize Sponsored Ads, Product Display Ads, Brand Stores, and Promotions.
  • Drive discoverability, keyword rankings, reviews, and sale conversions across platforms.
  • Collaborate with platform account managers for visibility opportunities (events, banners, collabs).

Continuous Experimentation

  • Drive a culture of testing: new platforms, creatives, landing pages, audiences.
  • Stay ahead of algorithm updates, industry best practices, and competitor benchmarks.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in

    performance marketing

    (preferably beauty/D2C/e-commerce).
  • Deep understanding of

    media buying, customer funnels, and growth loops

    .
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Amazon/Nykaa Ads, Shopify analytics, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for creative performance.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Good to Have

  • Past experience working with

    beauty brands

    or high-growth D2C startups.
  • Experience scaling spends from.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo/Shopify/Hotjar/Clevertap/Looker Studio.
