As a Performance Marketing Specialist, your role will involve managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). You should have a growth mindset and a deep understanding of the D2C/ecommerce landscape. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Own and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). - Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns focusing on ROAS, CPA, and LTV metrics. - Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor benchmarking. - Continuously A/B test creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments. - Analyze campaign data and create performance reports with actionable insights. - Collaborate with creative and product teams to develop high-performing ad assets. - Stay updated with industry trends, platform changes, and best practices in digital advertising. - Manage and scale advertising budgets efficiently to ensure profitable acquisition. Qualifications required for this role: - 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, particularly with Google and Meta platforms. - Proven success in driving growth for D2C or eCommerce brands. - Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager, including advanced tracking and audience segmentation. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and attribution modeling. - Experience with conversion rate optimization and funnel analysis. - Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager or similar analytics/reporting tools. - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
