Performance Marketing Lead

Designation: Performance Marketing Lead

Job role:

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Build performance marketing strategy for qcommerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Dunzo, etc.) and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, others) aligned to revenue and margin targets.
• Work with account managers of Amazon/Flipkart/qcommerce partners to secure events, deals, visibility slots, and coop marketing.
• Work with multiple stakeholders and manage expectations of internal and external client teams.
• Present and create weekly and monthly presentations and dashboards for review
• Coordinate with sales/category teams to align stock, pricing, and promotions with live campaigns to avoid stockouts and margin leakages.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing to drive innovation and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels & tools, hands-on quick comm and marketplaces platforms.
• Expertise in managing budgets upwards of 1 crore and delivering measurable results.
• Knowledge of retention, affiliates, and programmatic marketing is a plus.
• Preferably with FMCG and electronics category experience.
