Performance Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end

  performance marketing

  for Boldfit across

  Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

  and

  Google (Search, Display, YouTube)

  .
• Develop and execute

  acquisition strategies

  that improve ROAS, reduce CAC, and scale profitable growth.
• Manage

  large-scale ad budgets

  , optimise bidding, targeting, and creative testing for maximum efficiency.
• Analyse campaign performance to derive insights and actionable strategies in real time.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure

  conversion-focused storytelling

  across channels.
• Build and manage

  retargeting, lookalike, and remarketing funnels

  to improve LTV and retention.
• Implement robust

  tracking and attribution models

  to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on

  platform innovations, algorithms, and growth hacks

  , bringing new ideas to the table.
• Report campaign results and growth metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, CVR, etc.) to the leadership team.
• Mentor junior marketers and contribute to Boldfits overall growth playbook.

Requirements & Skills

• 3–5 years of

  hands-on experience

  in

  performance marketing

  , preferably with

  D2C consumer brands

  .
• Proven track record of

  scaling campaigns profitably

  on Meta and Google Ads.
• Deep understanding of

  ad funnels, creative optimisation, and user acquisition metrics

  .
• Proficiency in

  Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and attribution tools

  .
• Strong

  analytical mindset

  — able to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
• Creative thinker with the ability to align performance with brand storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach.
• Experience with additional channels (Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok, or influencer-led performance) is a plus.
