Soma Essential is a fast-growing skincare brand under Pargan Rigs Pvt Ltd, dedicated to creating biomimetic skincare rooted in innovation and nature. As a startup, we are driven by passion, agility, and the hunger to disrupt the skincare space. We are now looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can take our brand to the next level through Meta Ads, Amazon performance, and strategic digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.

Manage and scale Amazon Ads (AMS, DSP, Sponsored Ads) for skincare products to maximize visibility and ROI.

Build and optimize customer acquisition funnels tailored for a D2C startup environment.

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Console, Google Analytics, etc.).

Work closely with the founder and team to align marketing with overall brand vision and growth goals.

Stay updated with trends in performance marketing and implement strategies best suited for startups.

Suggest and experiment with creative ad copies, landing pages, and conversion-focused strategies.

Who You Are

A performance-driven marketer with 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in D2C / FMCG / skincare / beauty startups).

Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Amazon Advertising.

Startup-ready: adaptable, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented culture.

Analytical mindset with strong ROI focus and the ability to scale campaigns with efficiency.

Creative thinker who understands both branding and performance balance.
