Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Moradabad for a Performance Marketing Expert. The Performance Marketing Expert will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns, Meta & Google Ads, and SEO strategies. Daily tasks will include analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B tests, performing competitive analysis, and developing strategic recommendations to enhance ROI. Working closely with the marketing team, the expert will also be involved in creating reports, identifying growth opportunities, and staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends. Qualifications Proficiency in Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Marketing Strategy Strong Communication skills Experience in Sales and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI Data-driven approach and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Familiarity with PPC advertising, Meta & Google Ads, and SEO tools Experience in a performance-driven marketing role is a plus
