Performance Marketing Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance-driven marketing campaigns to achieve our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy & Execution:Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various channels, including search engines, social media, and display advertising.Design and manage PPC campaigns, email marketing, and other performance-based marketing initiatives.Performance Analysis & Optimization:Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition.Implement data-driven optimizations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.Budget Management:Allocate and manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.Track and report on budget expenditures and performance.

A/B Testing & Experimentation:
Develop and execute A/B tests to evaluate different versions of ads, landing pages, and marketing content.Use test results to refine strategies and improve performance.Reporting & Insights:Generate regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics.Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.QualificationsEducation: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Experience: 1 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role.
