About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in running digital campaigns, understands the basics of social media planning, and is eager to sharpen their skills while growing in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

You’ll be directly involved in the execution of digital ad campaigns, tracking results, and supporting social media initiatives to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing (70%)

• Execute and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Optimize campaigns to improve CPC, CTR, CPL, and ROAS.
• Assist in keyword research, ad copy creation, and targeting strategies.
• Monitor budgets daily to ensure efficient spend and performance.
• Conduct basic A/B testing for ads and landing pages.

Social Media Planning (20%)

• Assist in planning monthly social media calendars.
• Coordinate with content/design teams for creatives.
• Schedule and monitor posts across platforms.
• Track engagement, reach, and follower growth.

Analytics & Reporting (10%)

• Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Highlight opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (organic + paid).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
