Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive Location: Mumbai - Andheri Experience Required: 4+ Years Department: Digital Marketing / Growth Reports To: Assistant Digital Marketing Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to lead and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and other lead generation avenues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, monitoring, and scaling performance marketing campaigns to drive high-quality leads and conversions, while optimizing for ROI and CPA. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram & Linkedin ) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.) Drive lead generation through paid channels as well as other digital marketing avenues like affiliate marketing, native ads, influencer partnerships, and programmatic platforms. Continuously monitor performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and optimize accordingly. Develop targeting strategies, ad creatives, and landing pages in coordination with the design and content team. Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and reporting to ensure maximum efficiency. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales and product teams to ensure lead quality and conversion tracking. Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, digital trends, and new media opportunities. Requirements: 4+ years of hands-on experience in running and managing paid digital marketing campaigns. Proven experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). Strong understanding of performance metrics, bidding strategies, and targeting mechanisms. Experience in lead generation-focused campaigns and B2C/B2B funnel optimization. Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and ad tracking platforms . Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and marketing automation is a plus. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and performance dashboards. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
