Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Google & Meta Ads Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing, data analysis, and creative optimization to maximize ROI and deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
  • Create ad copies, visuals (with design team), and A/B test creatives to enhance CTR & conversion rates.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and Ads Manager dashboards.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize results.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall brand goals.
  • Implement retargeting, lookalike, and custom audience strategies.
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, Pixel, and UTM parameters.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in running Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, e-commerce funnels, and paid media KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Tag Manager.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Basic knowledge of landing page optimization & CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads (preferred but not mandatory).
