Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong grasp of digital advertising strategies across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to drive client objectives.

- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and campaign setup to maximise ROI.

- Monitor campaign performance metrics daily and optimise based on insights gathered.

- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance metrics.

- Prepare performance reports and communicate results to clients regularly.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital agency or similar environment.

- Proven track record of managing successful digital advertising campaigns.

- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
