Performance Marketing Executive Meta Ads (Sales Focused)

You will be joining Growvertix Solution Pvt. Ltd. as a Performance Marketing Executive, where you will be responsible for leveraging meta ads (Facebook and Instagram) to drive sales and focusing on optimizing ad campaigns for eCommerce conversions. Your role will also involve supporting in managing Shopify stores and collaborating with the creative team to deliver compelling ad creatives and copy. Additionally, you will be monitoring ad performance, preparing reports, and utilizing techniques like A/B testing and audience segmentation for campaign optimization. You will be expected to work with Meta Ads Manager, have a good understanding of the Shopify platform, and possess an analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in planning, setting up, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. - Focusing on driving eCommerce sales and conversions through performance marketing strategies. - Supporting in managing Shopify stores product uploads, basic store optimization, and app integrations. - Monitoring ad performance, preparing reports, and providing insights for improvement. - Learning and applying techniques for A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget allocation. - Coordinating with the creative team to deliver compelling ad creatives and copy. - Tracking and managing conversions through Meta Pixel and Shopify analytics. The must-have skills for this role are: - Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram ads). - Understanding of the Shopify platform (store backend, products, apps). - Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of performance marketing. - An analytical mindset and ability to work with data and reports. - Strong attention to detail and time management. Good to have skills include: - Internship or academic project experience in digital marketing or Meta Ads. - Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or UTM tracking. - Familiarity with D2C or eCommerce businesses.
