Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Management (Google & Meta)

  • Full-Funnel Management

    : Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across the entire marketing funnel, from brand awareness (Meta) to high-intent conversion (Google Shopping/Search).
  • Google Ads Mastery

    : Oversee performance campaigns, including Google Shopping, Performance Max, Search (PPC), and dynamic retargeting to maximize product visibility and sales.
  • Meta Ads Expertise

    : Develop and manage campaigns on Facebook and Instagram (including Feed, Stories, Reels, and Catalog Ads) with a strong focus on creative testing, audience segmentation, and lookalike modeling.
  • Budget & ROAS Optimization

    : Rigorously manage six-figure monthly budgets, focusing on continuous optimization to meet aggressive ROAS and CPA targets.

Marketplace Advertising (Amazon & Flipkart)

  • Marketplace Ad Strategy

    : Develop, implement, and analyze campaigns within closed-loop ecosystems like Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) and Flipkart Ads.
  • Inventory & Profitability

    : Work closely with the Category team to ensure ad spend alignment with inventory levels and overall product profitability metrics on marketplace platforms.
  • Keyword & ACoS

    Management

    : Conduct extensive keyword harvesting and bid management to control Advertising Cost of Sale ( ACoS ) and drive organic rank correlation.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Deep Data Analysis

    : Utilize platforms (Google Analytics 4, Ads Dashboards) to translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • A/B Testing

    : Design and execute structured A/B tests for creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign efficiency.
  • Attribution Modeling

    : Understand cross-channel attribution to ensure correct valuation of different media channels and inform budget allocation decisions.

Qualifications

  • Experience

    : [2] years of hands-on experience managing substantial paid media budgets, with a proven track record of scaling e-commerce revenue.
  • Platform Proficiency

    : Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Meta Ads Manager, and Amazon/Flipkart Ad platforms.
  • Analytical Skillset

    : Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, data visualization, and calculating core performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, ACoS ).
  • Conversion Focus:

    Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and how they interact with paid traffic.

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience with other emerging platforms (TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads).
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM integration
