Performance Marketing Executive

About the Role:

Hygiene Fresh is seeking a detail-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize advertising campaigns. You’ll play a key role in generating leads, boosting conversions, and driving measurable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Run paid ads on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms
• Set up campaigns, track conversions, and manage budgets
• Optimize campaigns for cost-effectiveness and performance
• Analyze and report on KPIs, ROI, and lead quality
• Collaborate with the creative/content team on ad assets.

Required Skills:

• Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads
• Conversion tracking, UTM setup, remarketing
• Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager
• ROI- and data-driven thinking

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certification (preferred)
• 2+ years in paid digital marketing
