Performance Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Executive to join our

dynamic marketing team. This individual will be responsible for driving growth through paid

digital campaigns, leveraging platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing,

driving ROI through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns, and a

good understanding of 360 digital marketing tactics.

Role & responsibilities

• Google Ads Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns

(search, display, shopping, YouTube) to drive high-quality leads and sales. Analyze data

to continuously improve performance and cost efficiency.

• Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram): Develop and implement Facebook and

Instagram advertising strategies. Manage and optimize ad creatives, targeting, and

budgets to meet KPIs and business objectives.

• Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of paid

campaigns across all platforms. Track key metrics such as CTR, CPI, ROAS, and

conversion rates. Provide actionable insights and suggestions for improvement.

• Cross-Channel Marketing Integration: Collaborate with content, design, and

development teams to ensure a cohesive 360 digital marketing strategy, integrating paid

ads, and organic social media efforts.

• A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and

campaigns to improve conversion rates and user engagement.

• Budget Management: Plan, allocate, and manage marketing budgets across all

channels. Ensure the maximum ROI is achieved through cost-effective strategies.
