About the Role:

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with paid media strategies and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute paid ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook Ads (Meta Business Suite, IG)
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion optimization
• Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time adjustments to improve ROI
• Analyze and report on key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, Conversion Rate, etc.)
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
• Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices
• Manage and allocate budgets effectively across platforms

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in running and optimizing paid media campaigns on Google and Facebook
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion funnels, and attribution
• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Tag Manager
• Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, or similar is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint is a plus

Nice to Have:

• Experience with retargeting, lookalike audiences, and custom conversions
• Familiarity with landing page optimization (e.g., Unbounce, Webflow)
• Knowledge of e-commerce or lead-gen marketing
