]8Job Description: Performance Marketing Job Description Unique Job Role Asst. Manager Performance Marketing E commerce Function Digital WEFA Reporting to Manager E-commerce & Marketplaces Business Corporate, IBD Grade Job Details The role requires to person to manage & grow the marketplaces business for WEFA categories (watches, eyewear, fragrances & accessories) across all the marketplaces & native E-commerce websites for WEFA. The candidate will work closely with the marketing team to ensure all communication is in adherence to brand norms. The key focus of the candidate will be to i) Drive sales via E-commerce Native sites & MPs for WEFA via the levers of performance marketing ii) Continually work toward lowering the cost of acquisition across all E-comm Native sites & MPs. The candidate will have to set up campaigns in some territories on their own and will have agency support for some territories. External Interfaces Internal Interfaces Marketplace teams across countries Account Managers across multiple marketplaces Distributor teams across countries Marketing agencies IT team • IT Vendors for Shopify Site • Brand/ product Teams • Domestic ecommerce teams Job Requirements Education • Graduation Relevant Experience • 2+ years experience in handling Ad accounts with min. spend of 20,000 USD+ with key ad channels being Google & Facebook • Experience with Helium 10 or other Ad tech platforms for Amazon. • 2+ years of experience in Google Ads Manager, DV 360 & other Google Ad distribution platforms • 2+ years of experience in Facebook Ads Management, shouldve handled ad accounts with more than 10,000 USD+ annually • Must have worked with Ad Affiliates & have at least 1 year+ experience in Ad Affiliate channels. Development & execution of the monthly/ quarterly/ annual calendar for marketplace campaigns for all countries 2. Optimize allocation of budget & drive continuous improvements in key metrics 3. Proactively recommend creative ideas & drive the optimum strategy for each market 4. Regularly follow market trends & liaise with marketplace teams to implement the latest marketing tools & strategies on their platforms 5. Regularly measure, review & report all campaigns Execution of annual calendar • Execution & optimisation of planned budget • Implementation of latest marketing solutions • Achievement of traffic, clicks & sale target • Improvement in CTR, CPC, ROAS • North Star Metric: Cost Of Acquisition/Transaction Ecommerce: Brand Website Performance Marketing 1. Plan overall performance marketing strategy for all active WEFA countries 2. Plan digital channels mix for each website basis visitor traffic, conversion rates, ROAS etc. 3. Proactively recommend creative ideas & drive the optimum strategy for each market 4. Optimize allocation of budget & drive continuous improvements in key metrics 5. Execute and manage all paid media campaigns directly and in alignment with internal and external stake holders 6. Regularly measure, review & report all campaigns 7. Manage & grow organic traffic through SEO 8. Regularly follow market trends & implement the latest marketing tools & strategies Execution of annual calendar • Execution & optimisation of planned budget • Implementation of latest marketing solutions • Achievement of traffic, clicks & sale target • Improvement in CTR, CPC, CPT, ROAS • North Star Metric: Cost Of Acquisition/Transaction Ecommerce: Website & Performance Analytics 1. Capturing & reporting of key metrics through Google & Adobe analytics, high degree of familiarity with the tools & impact of campaigns 2. Insights from the analytics to be implemented into successive performance campaigns & larger website strategy 3. Reviews & reporting with other teams & internal stakeholders • Regular publishing of web analytics reports & insights • Continuous improvements to performance campaigns based on insights • Achievement of traffic, clicks & sale target • Improvement in CTR, CPC, CPT, ROAS
