• Own and execute listing, keyword and catalogic optimization across marketplaces for listing ranking
• Devise and execute the pricing promotions for the brand across all marketplaces
• Expand online presence of products with a focus on key online partners like Amazon, Flipkart and other

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the companys online sales channels, including the company website, third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart), and social media platforms.

Monitor and analyze E-Commerce Platfom performance metrics, customer behavior, and sales data to inform strategy and improve conversion rates.

Oversee the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials.

Ensure the online product catalog is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search and conversion.

Manage relationships with external partners, such as digital marketing agencies, payment processors, and logistics providers.

Oversee customer service processes for online sales, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.

Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep the companys e-commerce operations competitive.

Prepare and present regular reports on e-commerce performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 plus years of experience in e-commerce management or a similar role.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful e-commerce strategies.

Strong understanding of online sales channels, digital marketing, and customer behavior.

Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto)
