Role Overview: We are looking for a highly analytical and agile Performance Marketing & D2C Manager to lead digital customer acquisition and drive growth through BOULT’s D2C platforms. The ideal candidate combines sharp analytical acumen with creative problem-solving and has prior experience working with fast-paced, consumer-first D2C brands. Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing & Acquisition Strategize and execute ROI-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and Affiliate channels. Manage budgets effectively to optimize CAC, ROAS, LTV , and funnel conversion metrics. Coordinate with internal teams to produce high-impact ad creatives and landing pages. Continuously test, iterate, and scale campaigns based on real-time data. D2C Growth & Ecommerce Management Drive end-to-end growth for boultaudio.com and app (if applicable), including traffic, conversions, and revenue. Collaborate with design, tech, and product teams to improve user journey, AOV, cart-to-purchase conversion , and page speed. Own merchandising strategy, product visibility, and on-site campaigns. Leverage consumer data to drive retention and repeat purchases through CRM initiatives (Email/SMS/Push). Analytics & Reporting Build and maintain dashboards using Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, Meta Business Manager , etc. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs and report to leadership. Extract actionable insights from performance data to optimize campaigns and influence cross-functional strategy. Team Management Lead and mentor a small team of performance marketers and analysts. Coordinate with external agencies or consultants (if any) to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Who You Are: Highly data-driven , number-savvy , and capable of making decisions based on facts, not assumptions. Thrive in high-growth , fast-paced environments with a strong bias toward execution. Able to think on the spot , adapt quickly, and manage multiple moving pieces. Have strong attention to detail and the ability to zoom out for strategic thinking. Qualifications: 3+ years post-MBA or 4+ years post-B.Tech from a Tier-1 institute (IIM/IIT/ISB/NIT/FMS etc.). Prior experience in a D2C-first brand (consumer electronics/lifestyle/ecommerce preferred). Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads , analytics tools, and campaign optimization. Proven success managing performance marketing budgets and ecommerce growth targets. Experience in leading teams and collaborating across departments. Why Join BOULT?
