About Us

Prakrithi by Ramya is a premium designer boutique in Calicut, known for its curated collections of Kanchivaram sarees, lehengas, gowns, and bridal wear. We are expanding our team to strengthen our digital presence and customer engagement.

Role Overview

We are looking for a female candidate with at least 1 year of experience in performance marketing and content creation to join our boutique team. The role requires creativity, strong communication, and expertise in digital marketing platforms to drive online and offline customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
• Develop content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, Reels, Stories, Posts, Blogs).
• Work closely with the creative and boutique team to showcase collections through engaging digital content.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance.
• Support in influencer collaborations and online branding initiatives.

Requirements

• Female candidate with minimum 1 year experience in performance marketing and content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, paid ads, and organic growth strategies.
• Creativity in developing engaging visual and written content.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Interest in fashion, bridal, and boutique industry is an added advantage.
