Job Description

As a Performance Marketer/Performance Specialist at SEREKO, you will play a crucial role in creating, executing, and managing paid acquisition campaigns to drive growth and increase consumer outreach for the brand. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating and executing a robust performance marketing strategy and execution plan. - Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns. - Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). - Implementing A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. - Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) via paid, organic, and owned media channels. - Analyzing and optimizing campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis. - Implementing marketing automation and lead generation strategies. - Collaborating closely with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback, and present results. - Staying updated with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies. - Identifying marketing performance issues and conducting root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics. - Effectively communicating complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards for various marketing aspects. - Understanding new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes. - Delivering quantifiable improvements in Return on Investment (ROI) and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels. - Setting volume targets and achieving them for the brand's website while maintaining a healthy Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Qualifications required for this role include: - Previous work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels. - In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords. - Deep understanding of data or data modeling and the ability to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders. - Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and operationalize them. - Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI. - Outstanding presentation skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong project management skills. - Critical thinker and creative. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field. - Strong product understanding of the Cosmetics/beauty, fashion, and social trends relevant for the business. The salary range for this position is up to 4.8 LPA, and the location is Noida Sector 142.,
