Performance Marketer Trainee

As a Performance Marketing Trainee, you’ll work on real campaigns from day one. This isn’t a coffee-fetching internship. You’ll get hands-on with ads, test ideas, and see results live.

• Assist in planning and running campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
• Monitor campaigns and pull out insights that matter.
• Work with creative, SEO, and content teams to keep campaigns aligned.
• Run simple A/B tests on ads and landing pages.
• Prepare reports that actually make sense to clients.
• Keep up with trends in ads and performance marketing.

• Strong interest in digital ads and performance marketing.
• Willingness to learn fast and adapt.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or Analytics is a plus.
• Previous agency exposure is a bonus.
• Sharp eye for details and numbers.
• Good communicator and team player.
• Comfortable in a fast, startup-like environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar.
• Freshers welcome. Passion matters more than experience.
• Google Ads or Meta certifications are a plus.
