As part of our content-driven outreach strategy, we also run a tech blog—NGXPTech.com—and a YouTube channel— TechFinyty , where we leverage our 20+ years of technical expertise to provide product reviews, buying guides, and hardware comparisons. These platforms support our affiliate marketing initiatives and help educate consumers on smart tech purchases. We are Amazon Associates and now expanding into aggressive affiliate growth via performance marketing . We're looking for someone who can drive affiliate sales, grow our web traffic, and increase YouTube engagement. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads to drive targeted traffic to: Our tech blog articles with Amazon affiliate links Product-focused landing pages YouTube videos with embedded product reviews Optimize campaigns for ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and affiliate conversions Collaborate on landing page and funnel creation (using WordPress/Unbounce/SwipePages) Set up retargeting and lookalike audiences to drive returning traffic and video views Run A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and CTAs Coordinate with SEO and content teams to align paid traffic with high-performing blog posts Provide weekly performance reports (affiliate clicks, sales, CPC, CTR, ROI, etc.) Required Skills & Experience Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns for affiliate or ecommerce brands Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads Familiarity with Amazon Associate program policies and link tracking Ability to build or optimize high-converting landing pages Solid knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategy Comfortable working with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, etc. Strong written and communication skills Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory) Experience with tech/gadget-based products Knowledge of SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs) for campaign planning YouTube content boosting / channel optimization knowledge Knowledge of affiliate tools like Pretty Links, ThirstyAffiliates, or Lasso Compensation Project-based / Retainer model (with performance-based bonuses) Flexible work hours Long-term opportunity for top performers How to Apply Please email us at [email protected] with: Links to campaigns you’ve managed (or portfolio) Case studies or screenshots showing performance impact Your expected compensation (project or monthly) Job Type: Permanent Experience: Performance marketing: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
