Performance Marketer

Responsibilities:
Own paid performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting networksDevelop full-funnel paid campaigns targeting wholesale distributors across priority verticalsWrite ad copy, set up A/B tests, define budgets, and optimize for CPL, CAC, and ROASCollaborate with design and content teams on creative assets, landing pages, and keyword-targeted contentBuild and manage retargeting strategies across platforms (Google Display, Meta, LinkedIn)Identify and scale best-performing audience segments using firmographic and intent signalsMonitor performance, report on KPIs, and iterate rapidly to improve conversions and pipeline impactStay ahead of ad platform changes, targeting capabilities, and benchmark trends for B2B SaaS

What Were Looking For
3+ years in performance marketing for B2B SaaS, ideally with vertical SaaS or industry-specific productsDeep hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn AdsStrong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, especially in mid-market andenterprise segmentsExperience managing retargeting and remarketing campaigns across platformsAbility to build and optimize full-funnel campaigns (TOFU MOFU BOFU)Data-driven mindset with strong grasp of conversion tracking, attribution, andreportingComfortable working with cross-functional teams (growth, sales, design, product marketing)Preference for candidates with experience marketing to U.S.-based audiencesBonus: Experience marketing to wholesale, manufacturing, or distributor audiences
